Service Manager

Description:
The service manager's position is responsible for dealing directly with the consumer's service needs, supervising technical repair of boats and meeting the corporate profit objectives while exceeding the customer's expectations.

Requirements:
Experience dealing directly with consumers, supervising others and managing a department for profitability. A mechanical apptitude is desired. This position will require a genuine customer service attitude, attention to details and good communication and follow-up skills.
