Safe Shopping Procedures
The health and safety of our employees, customers and broader community has been, and will continue to be our top priority as we navigate the evolving COVID-19 situation. Duncan’s Boats will remain open as long as reasonably possible.
Boating is an escape for us and could possibly be the ultimate form of social distancing. Our goal is to keep our customers on the water, while maintaining a safe and responsible environment. We have implemented best practices as suggested by the CDC and OSHA with enhanced facility cleanings and social distancing among employees and our customers.
First and foremost, feel free to call or text us at 843-744-2628. Though we enjoy interacting with our customers, through all this we must do our part to practice safe social distancing. Texting, day or night, is as easy as typing “sales, please show me a close up picture of that new Regal LX2 we’ve been seeing so much about on social media”. Whether sales, service or parts, the text will receive a response in a timely manner.
We can do a lot over the phone, text and emails. Our knowledgeable parts team can find a part with something as simple as a part number and your engine serial number always helps. On service, we can practice social distancing easily with your boat drop off by doing the write up over the phone. Service is here to keep you on the water with this nice weather. Sales is able to assist with any questions you might have. Our full inventory of new Regal, Bayliner and Tidewater Boats as well as used boats are online. Let our sales team know if you need more pictures or a walkthrough video on any boat.
For the near future we will offer the following services for those concerned with limiting personal contact:
- No personal contact drop off and pickup of service boats by appointment. You can communicate your request via phone or electronically.
- Duncan’s Boats will pickup and or return your boat to you with a minimal fee of $75 an hour. There are limitations, so please contact our service department.
- Live Face Time and virtual walk throughs of any of our boats you may be consider for purchase.
- Parts pickup on our front deck with prior payment.
