Why would I choose Bayliner?
Since 1970, Bayliner has positioned itself as a quality value brand. A division of Brunswick Corporation, Bayliner is one of the largest manufacturers of family pleasure boats. Brunswick’s 160-year history in the recreation industry, financial stability and cutting-edge production methods ensure that Bayliner is the wisest investment on the water for your family. Headquartered in Lake Forest, Ill., Brunswick Corporation is the parent company of many leading consumer brands, including Mercury outboard engines; Mercury MerCruiser sterndrives and inboard engines; MotorGuide trolling motors; Attwood and Whale marine parts and accessories; Bayliner, Boston Whaler, Crestliner, Cypress Cay, Harris, Lowe, Lund, HeyDey, Princecraft boats, and Life Fitness and Hammer Strength fitness equipment, and Brunswick billiards tables and table tennis.
Bayliner’s size gives them tremendous pricing advantage as well as engineering resources and manufacturing efficiency making them a top value brand. Pooling resources with their other top brands and built in their state of the art production facility alongside many of their Sea Ray sister boats, Bayliner is able to streamline operations and bring high quality to their value brand.
You may not find refined luxury with lots of bells and whistles, but you will find a solid, well-built boat. As a matter of fact, current owners of Bayliner boats understand that they are able to get more boat for their money and they truly love their boats. Bayliner has won seven consecutive CSI awards, an unprecedented feat among value segment brands. And, at Duncan’s Boats, we rank among the top in the nation in customer satisfaction with greater than 95% customer satisfaction.
Bayliner designers continually refine and rethink ways to create passenger space and expand storage on their boats. That’s because more elbowroom and places to stow your gear means more enjoyable days on the water.
With an open floor plan, spacious seating and extra capacity, the M Hull design on the Bayliner Element series provides superb stability while still maintaining a comfortable ride. These outboard powered boats range from 16 to 26 feet and are available in open deck boat models as well as center console fish models. Available in 19 and 21 foot models, Bayliner Deck Boats are available in both stern drive and outboard power options. They have models with or without windshields and all deck boats have standard forward boarding ladders, standard live wells and space for a portable head. The deep vee deadrise provides a smoother ride in rough water than many other deck boats. Available in both outboard and stern drive models ranging from 18 – 22 feet, the Bayliner VR runabout bowrider series offers deep freeboard for safety and beam forward design for extra room. The deep vee and self-bailing deck (not on VR4) make the VR series a great coastal choice.
Since you spend less on the original purchase, Bayliner continues to bring value when it is time to sell or trade up. Depreciation of Bayliner boats ranks among the top of all brands when it comes to percentage of original purchase. Since you pay less up front, you lose less real dollars than spending more for a competitive boat.
Since Brunswick owns both Bayliner and Mercury, you get the peace of mind knowing that the boat was specifically designed for the engine options. Mercury is a world class leader in outboard engines and is a true leader in design. Fuel efficient engines, power matched to the boat brings performance that you expect. Mercury also carries a standard three year warranty with the option of up to eight total years.
For years, Bayliner has offered a”Best in Class” lifetime structural hull warranty. In over forty years selling Bayliners, and thousands on the water, we have only had to honor that warranty twice, a testament to the strength and durability of the boat.
In this category, you will find other boats like Stingray, Larson, and Crownline.
